      If we are to save the knowledge on still smart, what are the topics we need to capture?

      This is my starter for 10.

      Fermentation
      Basic washes
      Cuts
      Gin production
      gin recipes
      other recipes
      safety
      build you own
      Polishing (Carbon filters/air stones etc)
      Don't do this (fabulous cock ups)

      I am not proposing that anybody writes these documents from end to end.

      Just book 1 out (so that we don't duplicate effort)
      read through still smart.

      If you find anything of interest cut and paste it into a document.

      .. or put another way "A quick guide to <blank> - as seen on Still Smart"

      and post it up here.

      I am happy to be the editor and stitch it together... If that helps ?

      This thread will help us keep track.

      Go for it Mash, I'm 100% with you.....what about the Whiskey and Rum guys??? so how do you want to work it?? Cut and paste stuff into a folder for you to sort??? or just add as a post??
