I'm going to wire this into the old chiller I've had for years to make a cave.

Re: Anyone for Stilton.
Hi Guys....sorry not been around much since chrimbo as we are getting ready to move in 15 days....what with the packing??? ye gods.
Can't wait any longer....this Stilton is only about 9 weeks old, so decided to cut it last night and taste....WOW...creamy will defo do another sometime soon. We had a Stilton over chrimbo and I have to say mine was way better....the thing is you don't know how old the cheese is when you buy it??.and Stilton is best around the 10/12 weeks stage.
So where are your photos, Garfield?????

Re: Anyone for Stilton.
Is this the recipe??..........https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5C8taIodYo
I cocked it up on my Stilton as I used my Cheddar mould it was the only one I had at that time, which has a bottom to it. A Stilton mould is a tube which I now have ready for my next go at a blue. Moulds are easy to find on the WWW.....

I've looked into making my own, the problem is finding a food-grade plastic pipe at the correct size.
